ORIGIN: Finca Silvia. Rama Caída, San Rafael, Mendoza.

SOILS: Mudflow soils, characterized by a sandy texture and highly-permeable subsoil, irrigated with waters from the Diamante River.

CLIMATE: Dry and mild summers, long days and cool nights that contribute to obtaining fruits with excellent color, aroma and flavor.

HARVEST CONDITIONS: Grapes come from vineyards ranging 30, 20 to 10 years old. They are manually harvested in the warmth of the second fortnight of March in 20kg cases.

FERMENTATION PROCESS: The fermentation temperature ranges from 20 to 25 C, and the process continues by adding specially selected yeasts for red grape wines. 20% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels while the remaining 80% is aged in tanks for 12 months.

DESCRIPTION: A magnificent combination of the typical characteristics of the Malbec variety that when pour into the barrels blend with the oak of the barrels and added fruit aromas, plumb, vanilla and chocolate. It becomes a powerful wine in the mouth, with its fruit and wood flavors elegantly harmonized for a perfect balance.
