ORIGIN: Finca Las Malvinas. Rama Caída, San Rafael, Mendoza.

SOILS: mudflow type soils, characterized by a sandy texture and highly-permeable subsoil, irrigated with waters from the Diamante River.

CLIMATE: dry and mild summers, long days and cool nights that contribute to obtaining fruits with excellent color, aroma and flavor..

HARVEST CONDITIONS: Grapes are manually harvested to prevent them from getting bruised, in the second fortnight of March, in 20Kg cases.

FERMENTATION PROCESS: The fermentation temperature ranges from 20 to 25 °C, the process continues by adding specially selected yeasts for red grape wines. Maceration then lasts 7 days to allow the wine to develop body and aromas. The crop is done by picking out selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes. It is aged in French oak barrels and tanks for 12 months.

DESCRIPTION: the wine shows an intense red, clear and lively color. It portrays a harmonic blend of pepper, almonds and plums. The oak stamps a complex finish and intense aroma on the wine.
